Have you experienced the following?

  • You feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, unsure of what to do next
  • You have anxiety or high levels of stress keeping you stuck and preventing you from moving forward
  • You’re suffering from burnout or feeling disconnected
  • You’re a people-pleaser keeping everyone else happy but neglecting yourself
  • You’re feeling drained and unmotivated
  • You’re tired of trying to keep up with a work-life balance
  • You’re finding family demands and their expectations tough
  • You’re feeling that you’re not good enough and constantly battling your inner critic
  • You’re feeling lost
  • You’re feeling that success isn’t a possibility for you
  • Your inner critic is loud and your confidence is low

I get it but it’s time for a change.

You’re not alone. I see women every day with these kinds of issues.

Have you tried therapy or coaching in the past but didn’t feel you got all you need? This is why Psychotherapeutic Coaching might be for you.

Psychotherapeutic Coaching is a tailored solution for Transformative Change

As a Therapist and Life Coach in Ireland, I saw a need to create an integrative, blended approach that could offer my clients the best of both worlds and really help deliver transformative change.  My unique service of Psychotherapeutic Coaching, combines my years of experience as a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Life Coach with evidence-based practices.

Psychotherapeutic Coaching is a collaborative and confidential process where I, as a trained professional, provide support and guidance to individuals on a 1:1 basis. It is a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a supportive environment.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You buy lots of courses or books around self-help and healing but you either don’t have the time to finish them or they don’t help you get to the root of the issue
  • Exhausted after a day’s work, you don’t have the time or energy to implement self-care practices
  • You’ve been to therapy or coaching but ended up engaging in people pleasing with your therapist and therefore didn’t really feel the benefit
  • You gained a lot of understanding from therapy but didn’t feel that it gave you the tools to achieve your goals
  • You got clearer on your wants and desires in coaching but you didn’t feel it went deep enough to address the core of your issue

This is why I created my Psychotherapeutic Coaching programme.

Why Psychotherapeutic Coaching could be the right fit for you

How sessions work

Before we start sessions, you will have a FREE consultation so we can cover the basics of why you wish to attend.

12 weeks to transformation

There are six 1:1 sessions in my 12 week Psychotherapeutic Coaching programme which are completed every second week.

During sessions we will work on your reasons for attending therapy, your goals, creating your more fulfilling life, learning tools to cope with difficult situations, your pain points etc.

After each session I will email you with some workbooks and exercises to help you track your progress and put all that you’ve learned into practice.

On the weeks you don’t have a session with me, I will send you accountability forms and follow ups.  I will check in with you throughout the week and offer support.  I am with you through your difficulties and I’m there to celebrate your wins and achievements.

Individual sessions

If you wish to engage in Psychotherapeutic Coaching without doing my 12 week programme, you can book singular sessions with me.

Why Psychotherapeutic Coaching with me is different

  • Psychotherapeutic Coaching is a blend of counselling therapy and coaching – it is unique and offers you the best of both worlds.

  • Unpopular opinion: you need to know your therapist’s / coach’s views and beliefs⁣
⁣
The golden rule of therapy used to be that you should never self-disclose to clients, meaning that clients should know nothing about you. Although this is changing, 𝘐 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘪𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰 𝘧𝘶𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳.

More and more of us are spending consciously and 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨.⁣

Working with a therapist and coach is such a deeply personal and intensive experience and 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴.⁣

Unfortunately, our world is becoming very divided and it is vital that you choose a therapist and coach that 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬, 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬, 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬.
Sadly I have seen some very questionable statements recently from therapists and coaches. ⁣

I want to share my values with you 𝐬𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞, 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝.⁣
⭐I’m a feminist⁣
⭐I believe in LGBTQ+ rights ⁣

⭐I am left wing and care about social rights for all⁣
⭐I am an activist and advocate for a number of human rights issues including mental health, and the ending of g*n*cide⁣
⭐I do my best to run a sustainable business and I am vegan for animals and the environment ⁣

Now 𝐦𝐲 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮, but I care deeply about my clients and our relationship and I want you to feel assured about who you are working with. ⁣

  • One of the most transformative experiences in therapy is the strong interpersonal relationship built between the therapist and the client. This connection is the cornerstone of effective therapy and it transcends physical location and proximity. This is why I am a firm believer in online therapy.

In a world where our lives are increasingly digital, online therapy offers convenience and accessibility, but more importantly, it proves that meaningful connections can be made, regardless of location. As a Psychotherapist and Life Coach, I have seen firsthand how powerful online sessions can be in fostering deep, therapeutic relationships.

Here’s why online therapy works:

⭐Connection Over Proximity
The essence of therapy lies in the trust and rapport between the therapist and the client. This connection is not bound by physical location. Through my online services, you will experience a safe, empathetic and supportive environment, no matter where you are.

⭐Accessibility and Convenience
Online therapy removes barriers such as travel time, and scheduling conflicts. It opens up the possibility for more people to access the support they need, from the comfort of their own space. You can also sit in your pyjamas and be comfortable and cosy.

⭐Comfort and Privacy
Many clients find that they can open up more easily in their own surroundings. Online therapy provides a level of comfort and privacy that can enhance the therapeutic process.

To help you experience this firsthand, I offer a FREE consultation. This allows us to meet, discuss your needs and ensure that you feel a strong connection with me before making any commitment. It’s important that you feel comfortable and confident in your therapeutic journey.

If you’ve been considering therapy but are unsure about online sessions, I encourage you to give it a try. The connection we build can be just as profound and impactful as in-person sessions.

Let’s take the first step together. Book your FREE consultation today and discover the possibilities that online therapy can offer.

If you are reading this and nodding in agreement, I’m sorry that you’ve been treated so badly. I want you to know that 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦.

You are not difficult, you are not too sensitive and you don’t need to remove emotion from anything you are doing.

It can be hard to have our voices heard but 𝐈 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 𝐈 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

Unpopular opinion: you need to know your therapist’s / coach’s views and beliefs⁣

Unpopular opinion: you need to know your therapist’s / coach’s views and beliefs⁣ ⁣ The golden rule of therapy used to be that you should never self-disclose to clients, meaning that clients should know nothing about you. Although this is changing, 𝘐 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘪𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰 𝘧𝘶𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳. More and more of us are spending consciously and 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨.⁣ Working with a therapist and coach is such a deeply personal and intensive experience and 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴.⁣ Unfortunately, our world is becoming very divided and it is vital that you choose a therapist and coach that 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬, 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬, 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬. Sadly I have seen some very questionable statements recently from therapists and coaches. ⁣ I want to share my values with you 𝐬𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞, 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝.⁣ ⭐I’m a feminist⁣ ⭐I believe in LGBTQ+ rights ⁣ ⭐I believe in bodily autonomy and have campaigned for abortion rights⁣ ⭐I am left wing and care about social rights for all⁣ ⭐I am an activist and advocate for a number of human rights issues including mental health, and the ending of g*n*cide⁣ ⭐I do my best to run a sustainable business and I am vegan for animals and the environment ⁣ ⁣ Now 𝐦𝐲 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮, but I care deeply about my clients and our relationship and I want you to feel assured about who you are working with. ⁣ If any of this resonates with you and you'd like to explore working together, you can book your FREE consultation via my bio. #psychotherapist #coach #lifecoachireland #unpopularopinion #healingjourney

One of the most transformative experiences in therapy is the strong interpersonal relationship built between the therapist and the client. Here’s why online therapy works: ⭐Connection Over Proximity The essence of therapy lies in the trust and rapport between the therapist and the client. This connection is not bound by physical location. Through my online services, you will experience a safe, empathetic and supportive environment, no matter where you are. ⭐Accessibility and Convenience Online therapy removes barriers such as travel time, and scheduling conflicts. It opens up the possibility for more people to access the support they need, from the comfort of their own space. You can also sit in your pyjamas and be comfortable and cosy. ⭐Comfort and Privacy Many clients find that they can open up more easily in their own surroundings. #Onlinetherapy #Mentalhealth #Psychotherapy #Counseling #Therapeuticrelationship #Accesstocare #Personalgrowth #Wellbeing
