How sessions work

Each session lasts 60 minutes and takes place online.  

During sessions we will work on your reasons for attending Reiki, your goals and healing etc. 

I will then ask you to relax and I will take you through a guided meditation before sending you healing reiki energy specifically designed to support your reasons for attending the session.

FAQs

I have never been to Reiki before, is this a good fit for me?

Yes! You do not need to have attended a service before. All are welcome regardless of past experiences.

Is this an LGBTQIA safe space?

Absolutely. This has and will always be a safe space for the LGBTQIA community.

How long is Reiki?

Each Reiki session lasts for 60 minutes.  

Are sessions online?

Yes, this is distance Reiki and sessions will take place over Zoom.

I’ve never tried distance Reiki before, what happens?

We will start our session by discussing your needs and then I will carry out distance Reiki.

Distance Reiki is very similar to in-person Reiki. Although I will not be in the room with you, I can send you the same healing energy and support you through your issues.

My clients have all reported that they have felt the same benefits through my distance Reiki as in-person Reiki,
